Export Formats Register

This register describes the current technical export capabilities of the Routena platform. It is a technical document, separate from the Data Portability and Provider Switching Annex, which governs the contractual export and provider-switching process.

The Register describes the current technical capabilities and may be updated as Routena introduces or improves the export functions. Updating the Register cannot reduce the mandatory rights of the Client provided by the Contract and by applicable law.

2. Register of categories (structure and status)

Each exportable category is documented according to the following model: the category name, the format, the encoding, the date and currency conventions, the record identifiers and the relationships with other records, the inclusion of attachments, the delivery method and the known limitations. The Register is completed progressively, as exports are implemented.

Internal security logs and provider telemetry remain excluded, except where they are necessary for understanding the Client’s Data or constitute audit records intended for the Client.

Passwords, authentication secrets, tokens and password hashes are not exportable, being security credentials, not business data of the Client.

3. How to request an export

The exports available in the application can be carried out directly by the Client. For exports that are not available in the interface, the request is sent to [email protected], and Routena provides the standard assistance set out in the Data Portability Annex.

4. Limitations

The exclusions from export are limited to the data specific to Routena’s internal operation, where its disclosure would create a real risk to trade secrets and does not prevent switching provider. The formats and volumes reflect the current technical state. The Register describes the standard formats available; the temporary absence of a category or format from the Register does not limit Routena’s mandatory obligations regarding the provision of the Exportable Data and Digital Assets.
