What is Routena?
Routena is a complete TMS (Transport Management System) for transport companies: it brings orders, planning, fleet, drivers, GPS tracking, documents and e-Factura invoicing together in a single platform.
Who is Routena for?
For transport companies, freight forwarders and carriers across Romania and the EU — from small firms that want to get off Excel, to large fleets with dispatch and complex operational processes.
Does Routena include e-Factura (ANAF)?
Yes. Invoicing and e-Factura submission to the ANAF system (SPV) are included in every plan. You issue an invoice in one click, straight from the order, without re-copying the data into another program.
Can I track vehicles via GPS?
Yes. See all your vehicles on the map in real time, with position, status and direction.
Is there a driver app?
Yes. Drivers have a mobile app where they receive assigned orders, view routes, upload documents and photos (CMR, delivery notes) and send their GPS location to dispatch.
How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding is assisted by the Routena team and includes account setup, data import, configuring templates and integrations (including e-Factura) and initial training. The timeline depends on the size of your company and your starting data.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. You can export it, and when the service ends access is stopped and the data is deleted automatically within 60 days (or immediately on request, within a maximum of 5 business days).
What languages is the platform available in?
Routena is available in Romanian and English, with support in Romanian.
